Exploring Around Burrator – A Dartmoor Reservoir – Updated Edition was published on 2nd April 2023 at the Burrator Discovery Centre. There is also an exhibition at the centre to mark 125 years since the reservoir was completed.
This book was originally published in 2007, but since then a lot more information about the area has come to light, including more about the people who once lived in the farms that are now left abandoned and in ruins. All of the information you could ever want to learn can be found within this updated, expanded and beautifully illustrated reprint.
