Eric Hemery in ‘High Dartmoor’ uses the name of ‘Little Whit Hill’. Big Whit Hill is above Flock o’ Sheep Rocks but is now marked on modern OS maps as ‘White Hill’. ‘Little Hound Tor’ in this location is a misnomer.
