Hydrant by Ham Baker & Co, Westminster

Notes: Having conducted some research, Steve Grigg found that “In December 1893 the business of Ham Baker and Co. of Grosvenor Road, Westminster, and Langley Green, Worcestershire, were founded. They were engaged in the erection of iron and brass foundries and fitting shops for the manufacture of engineers’ specialities for sewerage and water works. In 1905 they became engaged in sewage and water fittings.

The Ham Baker group are still going in 2021 With manufacturing bases in the UK, China, Hong Kong, UAE and Australia.
