Dartefacts now provides free 1:25k Ordnance Survey Maps on all of its pages. This facility is only available to Registered and Logged-in Users. So Register today to experience “Super-Zoom” and view the OS Dartmoor map closer than you ever imagined possible (i.e. without that magnifying glass!)

For Dartefact items that have been provided accurate GPS ‘fixes’ this will prove incredibly useful in locating items if you don’t have a GPS with you but you do have your mobile phone. An accurate GPS ‘fix’ on Dartefacts means the item name ends with a number (altitude in metres above sea level) in parenthesis i.e. (510m).
