Dart-moor has changed..

Dart-Moor has changed. I feel it in the water. I feel it in the earth. I smell it in the air. For much that once was is lost. Though many who Wild Camp remember it. It began with the great defeat of Friday the Thirteenth. And thus Dart-Moor passed from the realms of all and was gifted by Judge Flaux to a race of wealthy, greedy men, who above all else desired power. For within the greed of Selfish Lord Darwall and his lackey the Snivelling Howell, was bound the strength and will to govern each recreational pursuit.

But they were both of them deceived for another decision was made. In the land of freedom, in the fires of anger and pain, the Wild Campers, the Ramblers, the Star Watchers, the Wild Swimmers and many other parties of Great Outdoor Recreation forged in secret their army to join together all others and fall into this struggle. They scorned Selfish Lord Darwall’s malice, and his Sense of Wealthy Entitlement to dominate all Dart-Moor’s Recreational Activities and they forged an alliance to defeat the rule of the Landowners all.

One by one the free lands of Dart-Moor fell to the power of the Landowners. But there were some who resisted. A last alliance of Wild Campers marched against the Private Security Trolls of Selfish Lord Darwall and on the slopes of Stall-Moor they fought for the freedom of Dart-Moor. Victory was near but the power of the Short-sighted Judiciary could not be undone. It was in this moment when all hope had faded that a Wild Camper (Wild? She was Livid!), Daughter of the Moor, took up her Human Rights and Selfish Lord Darwall and the Snivelling Howell, the enemies of the free recreational peoples of Dart-Moor, was defeated.
