This cut millstone has been abandoned close to the summit outcrop on Buttern Hill. It is within metres north east of the tethering ring. I admit I wandered all over the place looking for this.. definitely over-thought it! A clear image is in Ken Ringwood’s book. This is a pretty rough millstone!
