Discovered by Dr. Tom Greeves.

The Cut Hill Stone Row, the highest on Dartmoor, is a fine artefact; consisting of less than a dozen large but recumbent slabs, it is orientated SW – NE towards the rising sun, just to the NE of the summit barrow. The row includes an inscribed stone called the JEW Stone, though the purpose of this stone remains unknown. In the centre of the row is a cairn, probably a modern one that dates much later.
