An excellent tor this, but be wary of the approach, especially in the summer when the tor is surrounded by a moat of dense bracken hiding loose rocks and holes. It is fun to approach from Ditsworthy Ford but it is quite a climb; alternatively you can traverse Lee Moor from Great Trowlesworthy Tor. There are phenomenal views from the top of Hen Tor.
