Thanks to Neil Armstrong for bringing this one to my attention – and the name ‘HencherClaw’! Thanks as well to Anthony Francis-Jones for ‘The Lion’s Claw’ name and initial 8-fig grid reference.

This is where the Red Brook tumbles down through a trough or ‘traw’ and a lovely ‘cascade’ of small streams makes a claw-like pattern.

Unfortunately on the day of my visit the GPS was playing up and so I have to return at a later date to accurate ‘fix’ this location. Oh well, it’s a tough job but someone has to do it!
