Also widely known in its plural form (as per the map), this is a diminutive tor which has a stupendous view over Moretonhampstead and towards the North Moor – perhaps the best view of the town. The summit consists of two rock basins, one of which is massive. A fingerpost marks where the public footpath leaves the main road; recently repainted, this is the only access point to the Rock.
