Notes: This 2014 clapper bridge with a plaque is known locally as ‘Holwell Bridge’ (perhaps after an older clapper going by the same name?). A boundary stone, more recently erected in 2019, stands beside the feature. This is a beautiful spot, especially in summer when people cool off in the brook and perhaps take to the rope swing.
