Description and Reference: A few images from one of bobfitzy62’s Flickr Albums shows that there is more to the inscription than just ‘TOR’.
However, it doesn’t appear to read as ‘Hisworthy’ but rather something like Peter Hill or Dewer Hill Tor. Could this be the tor’s actual name?
