The Haytor Visitor Centre is frequently visited and for good reason: it is a compact but fascinating centre to visit with information about the historic tramway and former quarrying activity. There are useful books and maps as well as a range of souvenirs including fridge magnets, badges, postcards, cards – even some clothing and the best honey and fudge.
