The cauldron was indeed bubbling and boiling today! Also named ‘The Boiling Cauldron’ after a Blog Post by CampaignerKate (the very bottom ‘diary entry’). The name ‘The Boiler’ comes courtesy of letterboxer Dave Johnson from the Facebook Dartmoor 365 Group.

The large boulders on the river to the left of the photo provide the entrance to the secret ‘Swincombe Grotto’.
