Arguably Dartmoor’s most impressive valley (excluding Tavy Cleave and Fingle Gorge). Was it carved by a small glacier?
This is a fine logan stone at the little outlying outcrop of Steng-a-Tor, sometimes called Little Steng-a-Tor by Paul Rendell.
Reference: Steve Grigg kindly brought this boundary rock to our attention. It is a flat slab of granite bearing the letters OP B for Okehampton Parish Bounds.
