Cowsic Aqueduct

In ‘Walking the Dartmoor Waterways‘, Eric Hemery writes: “Follow the channel along the flank of Omen Beam, passing the point where the water emerges by gravity from the Cowsic aqueduct in the valley below. Walk always on the left bank; at a later stage in the walk, it is well worth deviating to examine the splendid granite aqueduct built in 1898, which carries the West Dart branch of the leat.

The north side of the aqueduct is on private land.
