Deadman’s Bottom Stream Head

There’s nothing to be afraid of at this beautiful little stream that empties into the Langcombe Brook, but you should be careful when exploring the banks as they occasionally become steep. There are tinners’ workings all down the east side.

470 m Contour Ring Cluster, near Great Gnats’ Head

In total there are 6 separate contour rings in proximity here. The ground here sits nearly 470m above sea level but rarely punches above this. It is quite cool that the ground at this point rises a little more and high enough to warrant a 10m higher contour loop.
