Ladybrook Tor Rock Basins

They’re quite shallow but they are there, and are believed to be the northernmost rock basins on Dartmoor.

Lady Brook Shepherd’s Shelter Structure

Notes: Steve reckons that this is a shepherd’s shelter of some sort that is “clearly old, manmade and abandoned.

Hemery’s ‘Foxes’ Holt’

Notes: Eric Hemery (1983) states that the clitter beneath Ladybrook Tor is known as Foxes’ Holt, not the clitter on the north slope of Cosdon; however, the name has not been moved and it is not clear who is right here, or if both locations share the same name!
