I came across this tiny rock. It looks to have been worked and has a small circular indentation on top, rather like a millstone… but it is tiny! MP

I came across this tiny rock. It looks to have been worked and has a small circular indentation on top, rather like a millstone… but it is tiny! MP
This northernmost and lowest outcrop of Holwell Tor sticks out above the gentle plain below like a massive toe! Above it is the tramway, Holwell Tor Quarry and beehive hut. It is worth a visit.
The name is totally made up and was first suggested by Tim Jenkinson.
