Notes: The inscription is barely there. This is a roughly-shaped boundstone amid bracken but close to a wide, grassy path so worth a short diversion to see. There are several other, perhaps more obvious, stones along the spine of the hill. Inscribed JS, on Ilsington/Bovey Tracey parish bounds.

The numbering for these Haytor and Bagtor Down boundary markers is the same as that used by Dave Brewer.
