Spent quite a bit of time hunting around the various rocks and boulders in this area. A couple of very likely candidates but nothing could be discerned. We did note that on this side of the moor the granite is very friable and that a number of the B.M.s found in this area, when facing the west, have been eroded to the point of almost being totally lost. Also it is worth noting that the GPS locations from sidebyside for these B.M.s have been extremely inaccurate – the B.M.s south of this one have all been between 26-30 metres out.
