Drakeford Bridge

Listed by Heritage gateway as a Medieval Bridge. Vegetation prevents a clear view of the bridge from any direction.

There is an inscribed stone in the centre of the South Wall of the bridge which reads

‘THiS 1684 (the 4 is reversed!)

Lower Hisley Ash House

This outstanding example of an Ash House is about 20 metres South of Lower Hisley farmhouse.  NOTE this feature is on PRIVATE PROPERTY but can be seen from the public footpath, which circles the property.

Rockmead Rock

Notes: As is the case with Rockholt Tor in the same village, this feature is obscured and best viewed from the lane northward in winter. It is on private land.
