Shown to Max Piper by Paul Rendell. This is a mould stone, not a trough. It almost certainly was transported downstream during a flood and abandoned because it likely broke. There are tinners’ mills above.

Norsworthy C County Bridge Stone, East (Not Located)
Notes: Possibly no longer in situ? Located on the NE side of the road. There are a few boulders that, like its counterpart on the other side of the bridge, could be inscribed ‘C’.

Shown to Max Piper by Paul Rendell. This is not Norsworthy Blowing House but a lesser-known tinners’ mill on the west bank of the River Meavy.
