Notes: This interesting stone structure was found by Amanda Ellis. It resembles a tinners’ hut but there is nothing on old maps to suggest this. Perhaps its aim was to prevent animals from digging up the trees when they were first planted. There might be only one tree here which has split in two. I wasn’t sure what to classify this feature but I have gone with ‘Minor Ruins’ until/unless I can find out any more information.
