Reference: Steve Grigg, who kindly supplied the details and NGR, explains (using quotes from the Dartmoor HER) that this intriguing feature measures “9.7m by 3.4m wide internally with a 0.5m high 2.4m wide bank” and that “it may be a small garden plot”.
