Here is where the principal rivers of the Teign, North and South, converge to form the mighty River Teign that takes a rather long course through the stunning Fingle Gorge and north-eastern edge of Dartmoor before heading southward to Kingsteignton.

The scene of the confluence can be admired from Leigh Bridge, not too far from Gidleigh Park.
