“Former existence of stone rows at Ramsley above South Zeal noted by Worth in 1896. These were destroyed around 1870 by works in connection with the Ramsley Mine and only a few of the smaller and less important stones remain. Mr George French, working at Ramsley at the time, recollected their existence. No known remains.“
