This destroyed logan stone is, unlike the Nutcracker near Rippon Tor, split into two parts as opposed to smithereens and is easily discernible. It is recorded by Robert Burnard who is thought to be the man pictured in a 1902 photograph in Lady Sylvia Sayer’s Collection.
