The grid reference for this stone circle was taken in the centre of the feature. Usually submerged, this ruined circle was first noted in 2009 and subsequently excavated in 2010 by Time Team. It is part of the special ceremonial landscape of Tottiford, with antiquities in the bottom of a valley. The circle is close to a prominent mound which is believed to be closely related to the antiquity, and dates much earlier.
