SX 63654 81352 not correct coordinates but didn’t want to wade across as the river was high! Looks like a similar tethering ring to the one on the boulder nearby.. but this is on a much smaller rock and with a nearby fallen gatepost it makes me wonder whether both rings are not something to do with gates? (RJN)
